Job Nature: Contractual.
Location: Shylhet.
Job Description / Responsibility:
- Takes a lead role in the Emergency Management. Provides primary diagnosis and treatment, advanced first aid and emergency medical care; lead medical emergency response; provide trauma management; conduct medical evacuations when required; coordinate and participate in emergency response drills. Takes a lead in Medical Incident Investigation & Reporting.
- Takes a lead role in promoting a healthy Work force, Coordinates fitness for duty examinations, per company protocols, with designated doctor/clinics. Prepares documents for annual PE projection/participation. Identifies and maintains health risk follow up records with monitoring, Maintains log book and monthly health stats. Performs monthly hygiene inspections; Reviews monthly injury/illness MTR reports
- Evaluates inventory, and ascertains necessary changes; reviews appropriateness of medication dispensed. Maintains inventory of medicines, supplies and equipment and identifies necessary replacements. Train others in Inventory process. Maintain emergency medical equipment in a state of constant readiness.
- Initiates health & well-being training for employees and regular contractors; provides training in first aid/ BLS to employees and junior medical staff. Develops and shares approved health and preventative education materials with employees; seeks opportunities to improve health awareness amongst the workforce.
Educational Requirements:Must have a Nursing Diploma or equivalent from a recognized Institute with education & work verification, must have valid registration to practice in Bangladesh.
Experience Requirements: At least 3 year(s).
Job Requirements
- At least 25 year(s)
- Must have minimum 3-4 years of work experience, Emergency Medicine experience is preferred.
- Computer skills required.
- Must have good communication skills and is good team player.
- Should be able to deliver training to other health care providers, workforce, and provide health education.
- BLS, PALS, ACLS required. ITLS preferred.
- The successful candidate shall be deployed to Chevron Bangladesh (Multinational Gas and Oil Exploration Company) under employment of National Energy Services Limited.
Salary Range:Negotiable.
Other Benefits:
- 14 days on/ 14 days off basis.

- Cell phone allowance of BDT 1,500/- per month.
- Transport allowance BDT 900/- for each way trip of per rotation.
