Job Context:
MSB invites applications for the position of Call Center Coordinator (Female) based in Head Office, Dhaka under Nirapod.


Job Description / Responsibility
  • You will require providing support to the clients from call centres over telephone on SRH Rights issues, i.e. Family Planning, Menstrual Regulation/ MRM.
  • Candidates should be polite, nice voice tone, active listener & cordial with client.


Educational Requirements:
Candidates should have Paramedics Diploma from MATS or any Govt. approved institutions.

Experience Requirements: At least 1 year(s).


Job Requirements:
  • Only females are allowed to apply.
  • Minimum 01 Year experience in NGO/Health organizations.
  • Your computer proficiency will be given preference.
  • Good communication skills in Bengali.

Salary Range
Tk. 17000
