Job Context:
This is a 12 months contract job. It may be renewed and extended up to 10 years based on performance.
Job Description / Responsibilit:y
>Responsible to provide primary care health service to mainly adults for NCDs, Eye care, Dental care etc as well as mother and children
>Implement Community Screening, Community Groups, Referral Centers and General Consultancy Service Providers Database development
>Organize all community based group meetings each month, documentation of the meeting minutes and take necessary action for further progress
>Implement community promotional activities for member collection, health insurance member collection, donation collection, school and religion based activities as well as community based research implementation
>Provide health related medical services, immunization, family planning, nutrition, training etc services in the clinics
>Organize health camp and other community awareness, public health related activities in clinics and communities
>Implement other public health project related to health, education, entrepreneurs etc
>Ensure community referral points engagement, promote and conduct training, provide referral and other services
>Supervise Customer Relation Officer activities and support them
>Link up and promote other eminence services and entrepreneurs activities
Documentation of all activities, meetings, incidence and progress
>Reporting of clinic technical and financial activities
>Support clinic manager legal affairs and government liaison, develop partnership with others
>Ensure training activities in the clinic and act as trainer to conduct training related activities
>Develop report of the clinic health related medical service, other medical service, nutrition service, general health practitioner service, referral service, immunization service etc
>Help clinic manager to prepare financial report, team member meeting, capacity building of the other team members
>Consent collection from the patient
Inter hearth scoring
>To send subject to the Laboratory for blood test for Run In phase
>Monitor the Lab personnel to collect lab report timely
>Accumulate the consent form, Inter heart score sheet and Lab report (Run In Form)
> Make probable schedule for the next call or visit for each Subject
>Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
Job Nature: Full-time
Educational Requirements
>Paramedic Diploma (4 years)/ Skill Birth attendant/ Nurse course complete.
>Capable to speak and write in English and Bangla.
Experience Requirements: 2 to 3 year(s)

>25 to 30 year(s)
>Provide daily sales report and surveillance report
>Weekly and Monthly reporting of clinic`s technical and financial activities
>Minimum 10 delivery experience
>Married
