• Through the integrated mHealth app system, he/she will provide the following services along with the help of Doctor Centre-
• a. Registration: To conduct both household & beneficiary registration through mHealth app.
• b. Common diseases: To take care of the following common diseases through mHealth application like loose stool, fever, itching, symptoms of diabetes identification, oral ulcer, symptoms of helminthiasis identification, chicken pox, UTI, danger signs in young infant, respiratory tract infection of adults and children etc.
• c. Pain management: To manage common types of pain like musculoskeletal pain, headache, Tonsillitis, abdominal pain, chest pain, and basic eye and ear issues.
• d. Examination: To perform general examination like measurement of blood pressure for identification of hypertension, examining for identification of anemia and jaundice, per abdominal examination during ANC & PNC, per vaginal (P/V) examination for gynecological purposes and other local systemic examination.
• e. Gynaecological: To address disease conditions like cervical carcinoma (screening & follow-up), breast problems, genital prolapse identification, and genital infection identification.
• f. Emergency care: To provide care and management in emergency cases like drowning, trauma, burn, bite, foreign body in eye, acute poisoning and sudden loss of consciousness.
• g. Preventive care: Through the courtyard sessions, counselling on family planning, neonatal care, ante & postnatal care, immunization, follow-up of previous patients and revisit of patients, she ensures preventive care.
• h. Prescription: To generate prescription on certain diseases through mHealth App. with the supervision from mHealth Doctor Centre.
• i. Medicines & Commodities: To provide some OTC (Over the Counter) medicines and some other commodities, where needs along with the help of mHealth app. These are: -Some Antibiotics, Pain killers, Antihistamines, Anthelminthics, Antiulcerants, Antiasthmatics, Antifungals, ORS, Iodized salt packets, Antiseptic solutions, Contraceptives (Pill, Injections, Implants & Condom), Vaccines (EPI, Hepatitis-B, Tetanus Ig), Supplements (Vitamins, Iron, Folic acid, Calcium, Zinc), Delivery Kit, Pregnancy Testing Strip, and some I/V fluids.

• Ensuring referral of patients whose health condition requires the consultation of a specialist (e.g. to the doctor for all difficult/complicated cases, to the reference, hospital for emergency hospitalization, to the nutritional centre for children presenting signs of malnutrition,, etc.,) in order to ensure the most appropriate health care.
• Filling in consultation forms, registers and any epidemiological information for each patient, noting clearly medical prescriptions and test results and registers main elements and diagnoses. Collecting statistical data and report on any epidemiological risk (abnormal increases in certain pathologies or in the number of consultations), in order to actively implement appropriate measures.
• Monitoring the rational use of medicines and medical equipment, in order to ensure efficient health care treatments under budget constraints and to avoid service disruption.

• JOB LOCATION: Upazilla Level in Kushtia/Faridpur/Pirojpur or any District.

Job Responsibilities

• SHE will organize and attend Health Campaign in Village and Union or UDDIPAN Covered Area.
• Register the Patient with all related information and upload the Medical Record in our Health System.
• Perform Diagnosis and Treatment to the UDDIPAN Beneficiaries as outdoor basis.
• Conduct Telemedicine for 2nd/3rd Opinion with Specialist Consultant.
• Responsible for the proper use and maintenance of assigned equipment and drugs.
• Conduct Health Education Session to the UDDIPAN Beneficiaries.

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 30 years
• 2-3 Years' Experience in related field.
• SHE will be competence in IT (Email, Hospital Management System with Digital Medical Equipment)

Salary

• BDT-15,000-17,000/ per month consolidated for Probationary Period. After successful probationary period UDDIPAN regular facilities will be apply.
