Job Context
- SKS Foundation in partnership with CARE Bangladesh has been implementing the Strengthening Household Ability to Respond to Development Opportunities (SHOUHARDO III) Project funded by USAID-GoB Shaghata, Fulchari & Sundargonj upazila of Gaibandha district.The mentioned position will be recruited for implementing the project interventions.
Job Responsibilities
- Minimum 5 years working experience in maternal child health and or nutrition field.
- Trained in PLA/PRA, Community mobilization and Project monitoring.
- Strong understanding of health, hygiene and nutrition issues.
- Should have experience of working with MoH & FW.
- Having experience of working in community case management or community based management of acute malnutrition program will get added advantage.
- Should have Project planning and monitoring experience.
- Maintain strong coordination with the Project Manager and Senior/Technical Manager-HHN and relevant field staff
- Provide technical assistance and support to all the assigned Community Health Volunteers.
- To contribute to the process of implementing quality programs against set plans and follow up for needed adjustments as program implementation progresses.
- To ensure compliances with donor requirements and sensitive to audit related programmatic issues.
- To analyze, review programmatic data and prepare all required reports as instructed by the project.
- Strong sense of responsibility and have the patience to work under pressure.
- Willingness to drive motorcycle in the assigned areas and must have valid driving license.
- Networking, computer skills (MS Office especially MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point).

Educational Requirements
- Masters/Graduate in any health science/food science/science/social science subjects or 3 years Medical Assistant course completed from Govt approved MATS.

- 5 to 7 year(s)
