Job Context:

- Job Location: Kaliakoir Plant, Gazipur
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide primary Health Care Management through medical facilities to reduce absenteeism due to sickness
- Assist to plant physician during patient dealing, routine medical examination, minor surgery and others
- Immediately attend into the factory in case of any medical emergency regardless to on or off the duty
- Conduct medical examination and assess the health status of all employees
- Maintain patient's register log book and keep records
- Assist in establishing pleasant relationship with employees & local medical service providers
- Ensure proper monitoring & management of First Aid Box
- Maintain medical records, accident & initiate measure for recovery as per policy
- Prepare medical bill as per company rules
Employment Status: Full-time.
Educational Requirements: Diploma in Medical Assistant.
Experience Requirements: 6 to 8 year(s).
Additional Requirements:
- Between 6 to 8 years' relevant experience is mandatory
- Within 35 years of age (Age will be considerable for retired Defense personnel)
- Well conversant with MS Office
- Good communication skill
