Job Context:
RHSTEP is the pioneer non-government organization in the arena of safe MR services and training for more than three decades in Bangladesh. RHSTEP has continuing its activities in 21 districts of Bangladesh. Every year approximately 6, 50,000 women, men including youth adolescents and children receive health care services, education and awareness support through its 31 centers. With support of Ipas Bangladesh RHSTEP has been implementing the project titled `Family Planning in Bangladesh-Improving quality and access` since 2017.

Job Responsibilities:
- Having good communication and interpersonal skills that are able to maintain liaison and coordination with Govt. service provider/team members of Ob/Gynae Dept. and Model Family Planning Clinic at CMCH
- Having the quality to demonstrate the practical sessions on MR/PAC /FP methods
- Provide services & taken care of MR, PAC, MRM to the client by following standard protocol of services.
- Provide short and long acting FP services to the clients.
- Provide quality SRH services to young people with maintaining full privacy and confidentiality.
- Provide services for RTI/STI cases.
- Ensure the infection prevention system for equipment's and medical facilities also.
- Keep records of clients for all care provided and submit report to Clinical Trainer-RHSTEP and District Coordinator-Ipas Bangladesh monthly.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the authority.
Employment Status: Contractual.
Educational Requirements:
- Diploma in Paramedic from Government Institutions/ Medical Assistant Training School -MATS (duration 24 month) or Paramedic Course (duration 36 months) from Government approved any organization.
Additional Requirements:
- Only females are allowed to apply
- Working experience on SRHR services will be given preference.
- Trained on MR/PAC/MRM/FP services will be given preference.
- Having interest to work for youth in a youth friendly manner with utmost privacy & confidentiality.
- Strong client orientation and service approach with personal commitment.
- Maintain safe and clean working environment and encourage others to do the same.
- Having good computer skills on - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and using internet.
Job Location: Chittagong.
Salary: 16000.
