Job Description / Responsibility:
- To supervise and ensure the health education and primary health care services provided by the health assistants all throughout the week in all project areas.
- To supervise and ensure the proper listing of pregnant and lactating mothers, assist to make delivery plans of the pregnant mothers, provide regular check-ups and necessary health services to the mothers in the project areas.
- To supervise and monitor in order to ensure the maintenance of stock register for medicine.
- To ensure availability or designated doctor's service to the project beneficiaries.
- To supervise and monitor the Ferdousi Health Care Center.
- To supervise and ensure the adolescent group formation and provide special services to them.
- To coordinate with head office, project staffs and project beneficiaries.
- To ensure cleanliness and healthy environment in all the Ferdousi center.
- To assist to create forward linkages with the local government and non-government health service providing organizations.
- To ensure proper vaccination of the mothers and the children.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
Job Nature: Full-time.
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum SSC/ Dhakhil/ Equivalent Vocational Degree.
- Diploma (in Medical Assistant / Pharmacy / Nursing).
- Completed Paramedic courses with internship from a recognized institute
Job Requirements:

- Ability to manage time and ability to produce complete and accurate reports.

Salary Range: Tk. 10000.
