Job Description / Responsibility:
- Ensure BRIT's services to patients in the clinics according to protocols.
- The employee shall respect BRIT's Regulations and Terms and Conditions of Engagement
- MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare all the materials and equipment, and ensure that everything is ready before starting the activities.
- Follow the basic rules of hygiene when performing reproductive health activities
- Participate actively in triage activities with medical doctors and dressing paramedic
- Assist MBBS doctor for performing antenatal and postnatal consultations
- Assist MBBS doctor for performing family planning consultation
- Verify the status of tetanus vaccination for each pregnant woman.
- Assist the MBBS doctor in managing emergency cases according to BRIT protocols and regulation.
- Fill in the reproductive health template for each patient.
- Conduct health education sessions for the patients
- Ensure that patient confidentiality is respected, treating all patients with respect and dignity.
- Contribute to the daily data collection regarding reproductive health consultations.
- Is responsible for the proper use and maintenance of assigned equipment
- Perform other additional duties on request of the PHC supervisor and/or technical supervisor
- Inform immediately the security focal point in case of any security problem in the field
- Ensure Antenatal Care (ANC) and Postnatal Care (PNC).
- Ensure proper Normal Delivery Services.
Job Nature: Full-time.
Educational Requirements: Paramedic degree.
Experience Requirements: At least 2 year(s).
Job Requirements:
- Working experience in NGOs/Development Sector.
- Skills and qualities required:
- Flexibility in working hours because of the emergency relief nature of BRIT's activities
- Ability to face workload and good time management
- Knowledge of humanitarian action and will to take part in BRIT's actions
- Languages requirement: Bangla and Rohingya Refugee/ Cox's Bazar compulsory
- The employee shall respect Bangladesh Resource Improvement Trust (BRIT)'s & Global One' Internal Regulations and Terms and Conditions of Engagement
Job Location: Cox's Bazar.
Salary Range: Tk. 30000.
