Job Context:
PKS is a Non- government organization (NGO), working in six districts, including Jashore, Khulna, Satkhira, Chuadanga, Magura, Narail and Khulna (Khulna City Corporation). PKS has been implementing the health and family planning programs since 1982 and the Tuberculosis (TB) Program has been implementing since 2006 as a sub-recipient of brac. PKS now looking Programe Organizer for the TB Control programe. The aim of the TB programe is to reduce the morbidity, mortality and transmission of TB until it is no longer a public health problem

Job Responsibilities:
- Planning:
- Participate in annual planning, prepare monthly action plan and follow.
- Plan and prepare quarterly indent for anti -TB drugs and logistics.
- Implementation:
- Responsible for implementation of TB Control activities in assigned area in coordination with govt. and related stake holders.
- Support increased case notification and treatment of TB patients.
- Provide DOT in line with treatment category as determined by the physician in line with National TB guidelines.
- Organize different awareness activities of TB control program.
- Conduct 8 outreach smearing centres in the catchment, in every month.
- Refer regularly, presumptive cases to designated facilities for further diagnosis and management.
- Ensure regular drugs and diagnostic supplies to Volunteers/DOT providers.
- Ensure DOT through follow-up every patient and the DOT provider once in a fortnight
- Maintain contact tracing register for active case findings and refer presumptive cases to nearby diagnostic facility.
- Ensure appropriate storage of drugs and logistics to maintain optimum quality.
- Actively participate in monthly and quarterly meetings.
- Maintain different forms, cards, registers and related documents.
- Monitoring, supervision and coordination:
- Maintain regular coordination with related stakeholders.
- Assist in different monitoring visits.
- Reporting and dissemination:
- Prepare and maintain all related reports regularly.
- Ensure proper recording and reporting.
Employment Status: Contractual.
Educational Requirements:
- For Paramedics, eighteen month Diploma course in Paramedics from any recognized institution.
- For any other post, Bachelor Degree from a recognized university.
- Any third division/class in academic career will lead to ineligibility.
Experience Requirements: At least 1 year(s).
Additional Requirements:
- Age at most 35 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply

- • Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- • Good oral and written communication skill.
- • Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel is preferable.
Job Location: Khulna.
Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly).
