Job Description / Responsibility:
=Provide quality of STI services to the targeted population at DICs/Sub-DICs.
=Conduct physical examinations to the patients as required
=Proper Infection prevention procedure is maintained.
=Medical prescriptions are properly written with history and present conditions and drugs are properly given
=DOTs are provided to beneficiaries of DICs/Sub-DICs
=Ensure dispensing drugs properly and the patients can understand the messages
=Provide general health services to the patients
=Ensure clinical set up are well organized like patient bed, spot light, maintain privacy, etc.
=Ensure that the medicines are kept in the store in a proper way having proper ventilation
=Ensure HIV Testing and counseling service to the beneficiaries
=Maintain medicine stock register and provide medicine to patients, ensure all patients have appropriate medicine.
=Submit monthly report about the clinical clients to the DIC/Sub-DIC Coordinators
=Maintain confidentiality and security of client information at all times
=Ensure the proper application of all monitoring tools use for monitoring clinical activities
=Ensure confidentiality is maintained for all clients
=Provide counseling assistance in regards to personal risk assessments, safer sex behaviors and partner notification
=Perform 4Cs according to guideline during counseling
=Fill out the STI health cards and other clinic related format properly
=Fill out the drug register regularly and review drug stock.
=Review regularly overall clinic performance and guide the staff and report to the concern Program Officer
=Ensure referral services for MNCH and EPI services

Educational Requirements:
At least 4 years medical diploma from recognized Institution/ diploma in Nursing
Experience Requirements:
At least 3 year(s)
