Job Description / Responsibility:
- Monitor and generate recommendations for the improvement of the Medical Assistants
- Carry out regular supervision of the Medical Assistants in conjunction with the DIC Coordinators
- Together with the TC-QACS, support drug control and medical supplies inventory management
- Facilitate regular meetings with the Medical Assistants and share results with the TC-QACS and Team Leader of the project
- Participate actively in the monthly planning meeting of supervision and monitoring
- Assist in Training Programs
- Strengthen referral linkage with the care treatment and support services through regular communication, contacts and supports
- Undertake required initiatives to enroll HIV positive cases under care treatment and support services and make follow up of all HIV positive patients who are on ART and facilitate their movement to ART sites
- Provide written and concise reports for all supervision and monitoring visits made
- Evaluate skills of the Medical Assistants and assess their training needs and provide recommendations
- Carry out on the job training, coaching and mentoring for the Medical Assistants
- Perform other duties and tasks as required by the line manager or the technical manager
Job Nature: Full-time.
Educational Requirements: 4 years Diploma in Medical Faculty (Group - MATS) from recognized Institutions along with completion of Internship in Government or Non-Government hospital.
Experience Requirements: At least 3 year(s).
