Good Neighbors is an international humanitarian and development non-governmental organization in General Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC). Good Neighbors Bangladesh (GNB) intends to recruit suitable personnel for the above positions:
Job Description / Responsibility
1. a) Work to establish `standard health check-up` in all CDPsb) Work to show visible progress in the nutritional status of our childrenc) Develop CDP-based database of the vulnerable diseases2. a) Provide quality service for the children enrolled as special case childrenb) Keep database for special case treatment children3. a) Organize issue based health education session/campaign/day observationb) Provide reproductive health support (ANC/PNC, FP, Adolescent RH Support etc.)4. a) Organize and implement disease control/prevention activitiesb) Keep CDP based database for vaccinated children5. a) Establish sustainable partnership and networking for access to public healthb) Keep record of community clinics/govt. hospital, private/NGO clinic and access of our community6. a) Establish Community Health Worker (CHW).b) Work to bring about visible behavioral improvement in target community7. a) Work to ensure 100% achievement in general health targetsb) Build good communication with OD and community resourcec) Provide relevant support for the community resources involved in health
Job Nature: Full-time
Educational Requirements
Candidate should have minimum HSC pass.4 years Midwifery/ Nursing/ MATS training.
Experience Requirements
At least 1 year(s)
Job Requirements
At most 30 year(s)NGO experience will be preferable.Excellent computer and typing skills.Excellent command over English and Bengali.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsHave to work under pressure.Dynamic, creative thinker, hard-working, well-organized and systematic.High team work spirit.Excellent analytical skills.Having knowledge on report writing.Good physique, energetic and ability to work in a remote area.
