Job Description / Responsibility:
- Reportable to Clinic Manager
- Position Location At clinic level
- Supervises Clinic Aide and CSPs regarding technical competencies
- Organize and attend satellite clinics as per schedule
- Provide ESP services according to national standards and protocol.
- Assist Medical Officer in preparing OT and for clinical procedure.
- Prepare customers for clinical services.
- Provide care for postoperative customers.
- Insert IUD to the customers.
- Refer customer to Medical Officer at Vital/ Ultra for examination/ treatment, or make direct external referral in emergencies.
- Attend CSPs meeting at static clinic to update their knowledge.
- Comply with MCP, TIAHRT and Helms policy.
- Supervisory: Assist the over-all cleanliness of both static and satellite clinics including waste disposal system.

Educational Requirements:
- Diploma in nursing from government/private recognized training institutions.
- Qualified Paramedic/ FWV/ Nurse/ Medical Assistant from any recognized institution.
- Minimum duration of the academic course should be twelve months.

Job Requirements:
- Only females are allowed to apply.
- Experiences in conducting safe, normal deliveries including neonatal care for one year is preferable.
- Self motivated, time management skill; must possess the ability to work under pressure;
- Sensitivity to cultural differences and understanding ethical issues; work independently with minimal supervision;
- Working experience with organizaton involved in FP and Health relatedProgram will be preferred.
- Knowledge on national health and family planningservice delivery program
