Job Description / Responsibility:
South Asia Partnership-Bangladesh invites applications from the potential candidates for the following positions for implementing Community-Led Health Project (CLHP)
Prescribe medicine and arrange treatment for the sick beneficiaries and others.
Provide necessary health education to the children and beneficiaries.
Advise food for malnourished children.
Advise high standard of cleanliness in terms of premises and personal hygiene. To take referred/emergency patients to an outside hospital/clinic and to ensure proper follow-up, medication or any other supplies.
Maintain records of patients, drugs, equipment's etc., in conjunction with the staff and to provide necessary information to the Upazila Healthcare Services for report writing.
Provide regular information to the Upazila Healthcare Services about health affairs and any other related affairs.
Attribute professional support to the whole programme as and when required.
Maintain a cordial and affectionate relationship with the children and beneficiaries.
Maintain a professional relationship and understanding with other staff members.
Represent the medical programme to other forums/organizations as and when necessary.
Carry out any other duties that may be reasonable requested by the Line Manager.
Ensure formative and narrative report.
Job Nature : Full-time
Educational Requirements: Successfully completed Paramedic course
Experience Requirements: At least 5 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements: Strong communication, reporting and presentation skills
Well conversant with community led approaches, economic and social development, and private sector contribution analysis.
Good knowledge of Primary Health Care, Reproductive Health, CLTS, nutrition, gender relations are essentials.
Skills of writing training needs assessment report developing course.
Having proven competency in conducting training in PHC, MCH, & RH
Report writing skills both Bangla & English
Job Location: Patuakhali
Salary Range: Tk. 18000
