• * Liaise:
• Submit documents to Government office (MoH, DA), Hospital or any related institutions to support Assistant Medical Coordinator and Mission Pharmacist.
• Follow up submitted documents to assist Assistant Medical Coordinator and Mission Pharmacist
• * Laboratory:
• Receiving samples from different projects, maintaining the cold chain & preserving the sample in cold room.
• Transporting samples to different laboratory of different hospitals. (ICDDR,B , Apollo, united hospitals)
• Report collection from the hospitals.
• Sending the reports to different sections.
• Collection of culture media (stool, throat swab) from the laboratories of different hospitals.
• Vaccination:
• Assist during vaccination procedure of staff.
• Purchasing vaccine from the traveler's clinic.
• Accompanying the staff to the traveler's clinic during vaccination (if needed).
• * Staff health:
• Accompanying the expatriate staff to the hospital during consultation.
• Helping during blood collection & other laboratory tests.
• Involve in arrangement of hospital admission & discharge process (Finance, transportation).
• Follow up of hospital admitted MSF staff on daily basis.
• Need to stay with a critically ill patient in hospital.
• Need to accompany critically ill patient during travelling from the project.
• Need to accompany ill patient during Medical evacuation process (both within and outside of Bangladesh as required)
