Job Responsibilities

• সমিতি পরিদর্শন ও উঠান বৈঠকের মাধ্যমে উপকারভোগী নির্বাচন এবং তাদের স্বাস্থ্য জ্ঞান বৃদ্ধির পাশাপাশি ব্যক্তিগত স্বাস্থ্য পরিচর্যা, নিরাপদ পানি ও পয়ঃনিস্কাশন বিষয়ে তথ্য সংগ্রহ ও প্রয়োজনীয় পরামর্শ প্রদান।
• সরকারী বেসরকারী স্বাস্থ্য কেন্দ্রের কর্মকর্তা/কর্মীদের সাথে কার্যগত সুসম্পর্ক রাখা।
• উপকারীভোগী পরিবারে গর্ভবতী ও প্রসুতি মায়েদের স্বাস্থ্য পরিচর্যা নিশ্চিত করা।
• কর্তৃপক্ষের/ প্রকল্পের চাহিদা মোতাবেক কার্যক্রমের অগ্রগতি প্রতিবেদন প্রস্ত্তত ও প্রেরণ।
• কর্মএলাকার ও উপকারভোগী পরিবারের মহিলা এবং শিশুদেও স্বাস্থ্য সেবা নিশ্চিত করা।
• বিভিন্ন হাসপাতাল ক্লিনিকের সাথে যোগাযোগ ও কাজের সুসম্পর্ক নিশ্চিত করা।
• উপকারভোগীদের চেকআপের মাধ্যমে সংস্থার প্রত্যাশিত রোগী বাছাই করা এবং তাদের অপারেশন করানো, সুস্থ্য করে বাড়ী পাঠানো ও পরবর্তীতে ফলোআপ করা।
• সংস্থার অন্যান্য স্টাফদের সাথে কাজের সমন্বয় এবং সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা।
• কর্তৃপক্ষের চাহিদা মোতাবেক মিটিং, সেমিনার, প্রশিক্ষণ অংশগ্রহন করা।

Job Responsibilities:

• To provide PHC services to the Patients attending the clinic along with Medical doctors.
• To provide ANC, PNC health checkup &conduct physical examination of pregnant & lactating women
• To register newly incoming patients on day to day basis & compile the numbers in prescribed format & report to the project manager
• To engage in counselling of eligible couples for utilizing modern contraceptive family planning methods & conduct periodic follow up of the reporting clients.
• To implement the directions of medical officers in order to maintain IPC , standard treatment & patient management procedure etc. for better management.
• To ensure proper referral of the patients to nearby referral centers with guidance of medical doctors.
• To conduct basic investigations like (pregnancy test, Hb% etc.) as per indication in the clinic.
